About Me

My name is Susan Glodt. I am originally from Hoven, SD. I attended elementary school at St. Anthony's and high school at Hoven High. After I graduated in 2004, I went on to Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD where I majored in Elementary Education and minored in Early Childhood Education. I graduated in 2008 from NSU. My first teaching job was in Ipswich, SD where I taught at Holy Cross School. I taught many different grade levels (K-5) all in combined classrooms. I had the pleasure of teaching there for 8 years. After Holy Cross, I was excited to accept a teaching job at St. Thomas School where I have taught first grade and kindergarten. This year, I am happy to be still teaching at St. Thomas School in the kindergarten classroom. I absolutely love what I do and teaching children is a passion of mine! heart

I come from a large family which I love. My parents still live in Hoven and I have 5 siblings who live in the areas of Sioux Falls, Aberdeen, Ipswich, and Eureka. So far, I have 9 nieces and nephews that I adore! I love to visit them and watch them grow. Coming from a large, growing family is a lot of fun! smiley I also have a silly kitty at home named Kiki.
